Ethanol Extraction Equipment Work Flow

Dried hemp biomass → Low temperature solvent extractor → Falling film evaporator (solvent recovery) → Winterization (remove wax) → Decarboxylation → Short path distillation → Chromatography column system (remove THC) → Falling film evaporator → Finished product of broad spectrum oil → Crystallization to get isolate.

Main Finished Products:

2. Crude oil (after decarboxylation, gold oil)
3. Broad spectrum oil (THC-free)
